GConstructions is a family business that has been active on the Real Estate field for about 40 years. The company mainly deals with the construction and management of properties, offering a wide range of services, and collaborates with selected partners (real estate agencies), as well as individuals who are interested in buying a property for immigration or investment.

For this reason, our idea was to create a versatile webpage that would guide users, in an easy and fast way, to discover their ideal property.

That is why we designed a customized platform, through which the users, just by making choices on three filters of preference, are pointed to the selected few properties that respond to their needs.

Additionally, we gave the opportunity to users who are interested in securing the Golden Visa* to check at any time if the property combination they have saved at their private account, gives them the right to receive the desired residency.

Finally, given that a property possesses a variety of characteristics, both in its interior and in the surrounding area where it is located, we decided to visualize as much as possible all this information load, by designing icons that would represent each feature in the property’s inner page.
